a. Download and install DeskPins from the official website.
b. Inside the window you want to keep in front of other windows press Ctrl + F12, pay attention to the pin icon above the window minimize button.
c. Now the window stays always above all others until you close the program or press Ctrl + F12 again to deactivate the pinned status.
